On Monday August 17,at 2 p.m., Dr.Panpimol Wipulakorn, the deputy director of Department of Mental Health, had joined the signing ceremony for the Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) among Romsai Rescue Foundation, Ministry of Public Health by Department of Medicines and Department of Mental Health, Ministry of Labors by Department of Skill Development, Ministry of Social Development and Human Security by Department of Empowerment of Persons with Disabilities, Ministry of Education by the Office of Basic Education Commission. Bangkok Metropolitan Administration by Health Department, Social Development Department, and Education Department, to support the operation of the Foundation for Children with Disability, Min Buri at Min Buri Learning Center and Rehabilitation for Children with Special Needs.
According to the MOU, Department of Mental Health by Rajanukul Institute would provide the academic support and transfer technology and knowledge about treatments and rehabilitations for children with special needs age 2-10 years old to go to inclusive schools and live with other people in communities.
